Non-refundable
Our listed products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the consumable (digital) nature of the product.
- Non-delivery of the digital product – How ever, if the file link is expired, not exist or link error, we will replace the new one and fix the issue within 24 hours of purchase.
- Digital Product “not as described” – Not recieved product mentioned in the description or different item delivered to you, as per delivered proof we will replace the new one and fix the issue within 24 hours of purchase.
- Product Defects – We (maxmedia) tests every single digital product before release. However, if the files may be corrupted due to so many reasons like downloaded by unstable internet connection, incomplete downloads, error hard drives, outdated file extracting software…etc, If problem occured then download again or check through alternative devices too.
We do not change product functionality and do not fix developer bugs. Our products are 100% legal and licensed under GNU (GPL) License, which is completely legal to redistribute to you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is not applicable due to the consumable (digital) nature of the product. So for avoiding post purchasing issues please confirm about product before purchase.

Payment Failed
For instance, If the transaction is failed and the amount is debited from your account and for some reason, it doesn’t reach the destination account don’t worry that your money is safe and credit back within 72 hours maximum. In some cases credit back within 24 hours it depends on bank and payment method you have done.
